School Structure

The school is organized into four stages, each tailored to the developmental needs of the students:

  • Junior [6-10 Years]
This stage emphasizes care-freeness and joyfulness. Children are encouraged to develop awareness and observation through activities such as storytelling, caring for plants and animals, cleanliness, sketching, reading, and nature walks. There are no formal examinations; instead, assessment is based on daily observations.

  • Intermediate [11-13 Years]
This stage focuses on total involvement and exposure. Workshops, practical experiments, excursions, and other activities help students explore limitless possibilities. Evaluation is based on practical understanding and self-assessment rather than written exams.

  • Senior [14-16 Years]
The emphasis here is on leadership, ownership, creativity, and pursuing passions. Students undertake a year-long project in their area of interest, guided by experts from various fields. In their final year, students prepare for secondary examinations, with written assessments introduced for the first time.

  • Super-Senior [17-18 Years]
At this stage, the focus is on developing confidence, professionalism, and harmony between inner and outer worlds. Students work on society-relevant projects, preparing them for life beyond school. An incubation center will support budding entrepreneurs.
